Thorsten Rosenstengel
Honours pave his way... Thorsten Rosenstengel is a trained wood technician and graduate product designer. He has many years of experience working in the kitchen furniture industry for the companies Poggenpohl and Alno before he merged his own design studio seated in Bielefeld with the design studio byform in Cologne founded by Kristina Meyer.
Both still work for kitchen manufacturers today, but also for many reputable metal and hardware manufacturers including the companies Schüco Alu Competence, Conal, Häfele, Titus and Metakor. Among the honours of the past two years are Red Dot Product design Award 2018 and Red Dot Product design Award 2019, the German Design Award 2018 and, the German Innovation Award 2019.
