Andreas Enslin

Andreas Enslin studied industrial design in Munich and founded his own design office while still a student. Here he created mainly technically sophisticated products for various companies. Afterwards, as Vice President Design of the Grohe company until 2004, he significantly shaped the brand and the design. From 2009 to 2021, he was Vice President of the VDID e.V. (Association of German Industrial Designers). He is a founding member of the industry network "Universal Home" and since 2005, as Vice President Design, he has led the Miele Design Center, which is now one of the world's best design teams. With some of his projects such as "The Invisible Kitchen" 2016 in Milan, he aroused great international interest. Currently, he is responsible for AI and digitization, among other things, through the German Design Day in the Cultural Council of the Federal Government.

We thank Andreas for his expertise and commitment regarding the Sustained Color No.8.
